Project and contact information.
The diagnosis may collect name, role, company, work email, WhatsApp, website, objective, context, outputs, integrations, investment range, timing and decision process. Do not send passwords, sensitive data or confidential content.
Diagnosis, response and commercial operation.
Required consent covers answering the request and conducting the diagnosis. Public company-data enrichment and future communications have separate, optional permissions.
Services process data only when configured.
Vercel hosts the website and APIs. OpenAI may process project context without name, email or phone to produce recommendations. Resend may deliver notifications; Supabase may store the lead; Apollo may enrich public organization information only after explicit consent. A provider that is not configured receives no data.
No covert identification.
Anonymous visitors are not identified through Apollo or an equivalent mechanism. Navigation events, when enabled, must not contain free text, email, phone or diagnosis answers.
Campaign parameters and oppref.
Technical parameters such as UTM tags, source, landing page and oppref may be preserved in the URL and during internal navigation. They enter the commercial record only when a person submits the diagnosis after accepting the required consent. This version has no active Meta Pixel, CAPI or equivalent advertising-conversion connection.
Standard period of 180 days.
Commercial leads are retained for the requested diagnosis and relationship, with a standard technical period of 180 days unless a legal obligation or active commercial relationship requires otherwise.
Access, correction, objection, withdrawal and deletion.
To exercise data rights or withdraw consent, write to fortuna@fortuna.ia.br. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior legitimate processing.
